Buildings in this style often have rounded shapes, arched entrances and decorative decorations inspired by nature and traditional folk art. The project was created with tourism in mind, ensuring comfort, aesthetics and a unique experience for visitors. The interiors were designed to be spacious and atmospheric, with plenty of natural light and decorative elements referring to the local culture. Carefully selected materials and architectural details are intended not only to reflect the spirit of Nubia, but also to create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere for tourists. The author of the project is Karolina Misiuk, an Polish architect and academic teacher, a graduate of the Białystok University of Technology. The inspiration to create a building in the Nubian style came from her numerous travels around Egypt. We wanted to maintain a balance between history and modernity. The project combines Arabian beauty and European quality, creating a harmonious space that perfectly fits the unique character of Port Ghalib. We want this place to become not only a showcase of holiday relaxation, but also a unique point on the tourist map of the region.

Investor – EID & CO – a special purpose capital company established in 2024 to build a hotel complex NUBIA APARTMENTS in the city of Ghalib Port in Egypt. The company organized the project from the legal side for the first year of its operation. Securing permits and carrying out activities aimed at starting the Construction. A construction project and visualizations were also created, which can be viewed on our website in the gallery section. Currently, the company is in the initial phase of construction of the facility on the designated area. The planned completion of the investment is 2027.
