Nubia Apartment – F9

The project includes only 40 apartments, ensuring an intimate, boutique atmosphere and a high level of privacy. Each unit is designed with comfort in mind – spacious interiors, plenty of natural light, and carefully selected materials will create a relaxing and welcoming environment.

Ground-floor apartments will offer direct access to the swimming pool, while all units will feature comfortable private terraces, perfect for leisure and relaxation. Residents and guests will also benefit from a reception area, enhancing convenience and overall living standards.

All apartments will be delivered fully finished, furnished, and ready to live in or rent out, making Nunbia an excellent opportunity both for investors and those seeking a private holiday retreat.

The project was designed by Karolina Misiuk, a Polish architect and academic lecturer, graduate of the Białystok University of Technology. The concept was inspired by her numerous travels across Egypt and her fascination with local architecture and culture.

Nunbia is created to become not only a place of comfortable relaxation but also a distinctive destination on the region’s tourist map – combining aesthetics, functionality, and a truly unique atmosphere.
